I need to carve an angel...

Ok the story so far... I'm just doing my front room and have just had to drop the ceiling in my bay window due to the ceiling being like wonky. As part of this modification, I'm putting up show curtains, i.e. they won't close but just look good on the window, as part of that I want to carve some angels either side that look like they are holding up either the ceiling or something like that, I may up some concept idea's see what people think...
